http://www.pinterest.com

Pinterest is a great resource for teachers!  The website allows you to search almost anything and provides what you need. Also, you can “follow” other profiles.  In your profile you create boards where you “pin” what you found and can go back later and look at it.  This website is a quick and easy way of finding new and important materials.  Pinterest will be a great resource used in my classroom.  You can use Pinterest for yourself as the teacher, your student’s individually or as a classroom.  It has almost every idea that can be useful for you.  I already have a teaching board where I pin what I find useful or interesting for my classroom.  I also like to “DIY” (do it yourself) category.  This helps doing things on your own without spending a lot of money.  Useful and helpful website/resource for teachers.

Class Dojo is a fun and unique website.  The website is free and offers tools that will help in the classroom.  It allows you to set up your classroom on your profile using fun profiles the students will like.  Another great thing about this website is it’s free!  Class Dojo will be useful in my classroom.  The tools provided such as the timer will come in handy in almost every situation in the classroom.  Also, the “random” tool selects students at random, I also like to reward all/multiple students tool, and the attendance tool.  This website is a great visual for students and an easy, less time consuming, resource for the classroom.

Share My Lesson is a really great site.  It has over 301,000 different teaching resources that are available for teachers and are free.  This site includes lesson plans for K-12 and provides a variety of activity lessons for holidays.  Also, Common Core standards are available.  I find this website to be extremely useful in my future classroom.  I believe the lesson plans would be a great tool to have.  Also, the website has a lot of multicultural activities when it comes to holidays or days of celebration.  For an example, Martin Luther King Day, Black History Month, Chinese New year, etc.
